Why Cheru exists
We saw a market that had activity, but not enough dependable structure around decision making.
In 2025, it became clear that Nairobi needed more than another listing surface. It needed a stronger reference layer, one that could connect local context, valuation thinking, market movement, and property discovery in a way that people could actually use.
That is what led to Cheru in 2026. Not as a volume play, and not as a recycled property portal, but as a more disciplined platform where trust is built through consistency, cleaner data, sharper market framing, and better judgment.
