Use of Cheru
By using Cheru, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly and only for legitimate property related purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
Property information
Cheru provides property listings, price context, valuation guidance and related information to support real estate decisions. Market conditions, asking prices and property availability may change over time.
Cheru Estimate
Cheru Estimate provides a data driven property value range for pricing guidance, market comparison and decision support. It is not a signed formal valuation report unless a separate professional valuation is requested and issued.
Professional advice
Platform information should be used as decision support, not as a replacement for professional legal, financial, tax, lending or formal valuation advice where such advice is required.
Intellectual property
Cheru’s content, design, data presentation, product experience and related materials are protected. Unauthorised copying, scraping, redistribution or commercial use is not permitted without written approval.
Limitation of liability
Cheru is not liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform, temporary service interruptions, third party links or decisions made without appropriate professional review where required.
