Most apartment developments give residents a pool, a gym, and perhaps a children's play area. Luster Arbor Residency is aiming for something much bigger. Planned for completion in 2027 along Vihiga Road, the project brings together two residential towers and a long list of facilities that feel closer to a private members' club than a conventional apartment development. Alongside the swimming pool and gym are plans for a cinema room, library, restaurant, mini golf course, tennis court, health centre, games room, and dedicated wellness spaces. Whether all of those amenities become part of your daily routine is another matter. What they do create is a development where much of life can happen without leaving home. The apartments range from studios to four-bedroom residences, giving buyers options at very different price points. For some, it will be an investment in one of Nairobi's most active apartment markets. For others, it will simply be the convenience of living in Kileleshwa while having much of what they need within the development itself.
